The three things worth knowing

If you read nothing else on this surface, read these. They are unusual enough that we would rather you hear them from us.

• Nobody owns what is generated here. Every member agrees that all platform-generated content is free for any member to use. You cannot claim ownership of what you generate, and no one can tell you to stop using a cat. Read the commons rule.
• Everyone is anonymous. Generated content carries no attribution to a person anywhere except at the account level. Your star name is generated, not chosen, and it is not your real name.
• Creations are permanent, and departure is final. Content is removed only when the law requires it. Deleting your account erases you, not your creations — they stay in the cosmos, unattributed. What deletion actually does.
